What geographical areas does ALSUWAH cover? +
We provide complete delivery coverage across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, as well as Al Ain. Our main sorting and dispatch hub is located in Deira near Dubai International Airport area.
What payment methods do you accept, and in what currency? +
All services are billed in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of 5% UAE VAT. We accept all major cards and digital wallets: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay. For corporate contract clients, monthly bank transfers and invoicing are also available.
How fast is the Same-Day Express delivery? +
Our Same-Day Express Courier service provides point-to-point dispatch within 2 to 4 hours within Dubai and neighboring urban zones. For inter-emirate same-day deliveries (such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi), orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered before the end of the day.
Is ALSUWAH an officially licensed courier in the UAE? +
Yes. ALSUWAH DELIVERY SERVICES L.L.C is an officially incorporated Limited Liability Company certified by the Government of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under Commercial License #1583231, Commercial Register #2772440, and Dubai Chamber of Commerce Membership #666375.
How does Gift & Surprise delivery work? +
Our Gift Delivery service is a white-glove solution. You can specify an exact time window (e.g. 8:00 PM surprise dinner arrival). Our drivers travel in climate-regulated sedans to keep flowers, cakes, and luxury items in mint condition, and can capture a photo confirmation upon handover.
What is Proof of Delivery (POD)? +
Proof of Delivery is an electronic verification generated immediately upon package receipt. The recipient signs digitally on our courier device, capturing the timestamp, GPS coordinates, and recipient name. An SMS and email confirmation with a download link are sent automatically to the sender.
Do you operate 24/7 on weekends and public holidays? +
Yes. Our dispatch team and couriers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether you need an early-morning emergency document delivered or a late-night retail dispatch, we have drivers active across the UAE.
What items are prohibited from being sent? +
In compliance with UAE Federal Law, we strictly forbid hazardous chemicals, illegal substances, unregistered pharmaceuticals, weapons, explosives, and counterfeit goods. All packages are subject to safety inspection.
What if the recipient is not available at the destination address? +
Our courier will attempt to call the recipient and sender up to three times. If instructed, we can securely leave the parcel with building reception or security, or reschedule a secondary delivery attempt within 24 hours at minimal cost.
Can businesses open corporate accounts with credit terms? +
